So I was out of Powdered sugar, so I decided to try to make my own. I grinded and grinded but still could not get it to the texture of the real stuff. So after 20-25 mins of grinding it in the food processor, I decided to call it quits. I then decided to use it to make my icing, Then I decorated them with it. The frosting is dry but all blotchy, so they didn't turn out like I had hoped. So my opinion don't ever try decorating cookies with this stuff.
